AN IDEA FOR THE TIMES! 

Part of the problem with the country today is that the concept of “responsibility” has been legislatively, educationally and judicially removed from our society. 

            Immunities from prosecution, lawsuits and media exposure abound while malfeasance, bribery, corruption, official murder and contempt for due process are “business as usual.”

            And the citizenry feels helpless because our “elected” “representatives” are on the OTHER side of the fence, laughing at our efforts and cries for justice.

So, here’s an idea:  Simply remove all, and I do mean all, statutory immunities from corporations, government officials, government agencies and / or individuals, except those in witness protection. 

            That would be Step One.

            Step Two:  Establish that the losing party would be responsible for legal expenses engendered by all parties.  That would limit frivolous lawsuits. 

            This would foster a MUCH larger or greater interest in responsibility for one’s products (in the case of corporations such as big Pharma), or individual actions (in the case of government or police agent/agency actions) if they could actually be threatened with a day in open court.  Even the leftist co-opted media couldn’t cover THAT up.  

            The murdering police thug could face having his pension garnished, along with his fellow officers, might just rethink his habit of shooting unarmed homeless people.

            The non-working government employee, collecting a salary for sitting at home, could lose that home.

            The bribable city agent could cost the city millions as well as face prison time. 

            The corrupt Lieutenant Governor of a large state could be forced to explain his campaign donations in open court, along with their connections to his legislative actions.

            The Senator would be explaining why her husband keeps getting EXTREMELY lucrative government contracts without having to bid for them. 

            The local police chief would be explaining to his areas of responsibility why he is devoting so many local resources to implementing Federal rules and regulations, regardless of local laws, without compensation.  Why is he so eager to pursue questionable Federal actions in the first place.

            The list goes on… 

            Removing that immunity bar would reinstate RESPONSIBILITY… to individuals, agencies, departments, corporations and, of course, our legislative, judicial and executive branches of government.

            And adding the RESPONSIBILITY for legal fees and expenses would deter frivolous actions by unscrupulous lawyers and / or individuals. 

            With appropriate consequences, of course, for both lawyers and pledants. 

College Student interviews

Well, I just watched another in a long line of videos, typical “man in the street” type interviews.

This one took place at an unnamed college in Middle America. 

The interviewer was catching young people around the campus and nearby, asking them simple questions of history and politics.

“Who won the Civil War?”. “Who did we win our independence from?”, “Who is the current Vice-President of the United States?”, “When was the Civil War?”.

There are literally dozens of such videos, from Jay Leno’s “Jaywalking”, to independent productions like the one above. 

They completely illustrate one point. 

The Old America is dead and gone.  There is no way we can recover from this widespread stupidity and ignorance. 

Our next generation is apparently incapable of pulling their noses out of their iPhones long enough to read a book.  Attending college is an exercise in “getting by” enough to graduate without actually learning anything, while “partying hearty” and showing everybody how liberal and “civilized” they are by supporting socialism without really knowing what it is. 

Supporting Islamic immigration without regard for the consequences  of importing the nations most deadly enemies right into our homes.  Supporting Palestinian terrorism because it is the “cause celebre” of the moment.

The Left has infiltrated our schools to the point that Common Core, the worst abomination ever foisted on education, is accepted and enforced. 

The Left has infiltrated our media to the point that the press blatantly ignores the indiscretions of their darlings while vilifying virtually anything conservative. 

Our government legal arms are becoming secret police loyal only to the administration.  The judicial system is more concerned with Political Correctness than Right or Justice.  The Executive Branch has completely abandoned the pretense of democratic process and the Legislative Branch practically advertises that it is for sale.

The system has worked for a verrry long time to devise a system separating the populace into separate and hostile groups.  Blacks, Jews, whites, Mexicans, Asians.

The media works very hard to foster the illusion that they are in fact, enemies.  And many people buy into this fiction. 

The fact is that racial and religious prejudice is an aberration in the modern world.  An aberration that has found a home in fundamentally primitive minds.    

There are people who hate.  You will find some people who hate something, no matter what it is.

The reality is that all those groups only have one enemy.  The system that is oppressing them, robbing them, murdering them and walking away scot free without consequence of any sort.

America the Old is gone.  Destroyed by apathetic non-voters who “went with the flow” rather than to stand up for what is right or just.

As was witnessed recently, even peaceful protestors are subject to violent measures, which is not to say it hasn’t been happening all along, as in Waco, Ruby Ridge, Wounded Knee.

Now, this New World Order is making overt moves to destroy what is left of America and freedom wherever it is found in the world.  Along with a blatant worldwide depopulation program and economic warfare on a global scale.

America the Old is gone.  To salvage any freedom will require cooperation on a scale that will probably never overcome the programming that has been going on for decades.  

Amerika the Dutiful.

Straight out of “1984”, we are now living in a world of “perpetual war” and “omnipresent surveillance”. 

“Newspeak”  is now pronounced “politically correct”.

“Thought crimes” are now called “racism” and “hate speech”.  Conservative beliefs or opinions also qualify.

America is ruled by the center of a “cult of personality”, who  may actually be an empty sock puppet for the “Party” leaders, and I don’t mean the Democratic Party.

Mainstream media are responsible for the correct propaganda.  The education system is well into the program of “historical revisionism”, rewriting our founding documents in textbooks to suit their socialist dogma.  Programming young students from a young age to believe and obey authority no matter what their parents say.

Politicos and corporate VIP’s engage in “doublethink” on a regular basis, thinking one way for the voters and the consuming public, and another for the elite and government powers that be.

Government agencies have devised their own versions of “memory holes”, like “crashed hard drives”, claims of 5^th Amendment or “executive” privilege.  No one even bothers with the old standby, “I just don’t recall”.

Our “Ministry of Love” is the combined alphabet agencies that swarm against any perceived threat, verbal, printed or physical protest against the Establishment.  With absolutely no compunction or guilt about any methods used.

Our “Ministry of Peace” is called the Department of Defense and is actively engaged in wars of aggression across the globe and has for decades. 

And the “telescreen” is a fact of modern life, when the NSA or any police agency can turn on your computer remotely and activate the web cam to monitor you activities.  As they are probably watching me write this. 

I suppose I can expect a visit from the thought police.

Local municipalities, county and state governments all feel empowered to involved themselves into the everyday activities of ordinary citizens, regardless of rights, privacy or lack of criminal intent.

Police agencies actively encourage their minions to engage in criminal activities, bullying and outright terrorism to further control and revenue generation, without any fear of being actually held responsible for these morally and civilly reprehensible acts. Bill of Rights violations occur on a daily basis.

In the name of security the average American has been reduced to the status of serf, while being told on a daily basis how free they are and how good things “really” are, despite the evidence of their own eyes. 

America the Beautiful is dying, replaced by Amerika the Dutiful.

Welcome to America.

You had a tough life in the country you came from.  So, you decided to come to America, where the living is easy and the streets are paved with gold.
But, now you're here.  Nothing is the same.  Everything is different.  The people, the language, the customs, the laws. 
You want to be in America, but the flag offends you.
You want to be free in America, but the freedom of others offends you.
You want to have your religion, but the religions of others offends you.
You want to have your own customs, but the customs of others offends you.
You want to have your "special" foods, but the diets of others offend you.
You want to be offended, but when you offend others, it is "racism".
You want to speak your mind, but when others do that you are enraged.
You want to feel superior, but when others don't acknowledge that superiority, you are offended.
You somehow manage to emigrate which costs thousands of dollars from a country where the annual income is in the hundreds of dollars. 
You somehow manage to return to your fabled homeland at least once a year, at the cost of more thousands of dollars. 
Americans laws, customs and history can never measure up to your fabled homeland,  yet here you are.  Uninvited, ignorant, hostile and dangerous (to women and small children, anyway).
A fair fight is a concept foreign to you, superior numbers is a requirement for you to drop the facade.
Rape is condoned and even encouraged by your customs.  But in America they are "intolerant".
Pederasty is condoned and even encouraged by your customs.  But in America they are "intolerant".
The American government has been perverted for decades by anyone with enough money.  Get in line.
The American press is perverted by socialists and easily manipulated with certain words, like "racist" and "Islamophobe".
The same applies to the European countries your people are already destroying.
But a great man once said, "America is a sleeping giant that when awakened will be filled with a terrible resolve." (I paraphrase)
You came to America.. We welcomed you.  Repay our kindness.  Become Americans.
Because Americans just want to be free, not subjects to tyrants or religions or any government, including our own.  You are welcome to be free along with us. 

Truth from the past.

I have been mulling over an article I intended to write about the progression of the U.S. Government into the veritable police state that it is today and the multitudes of wrongs and outright crimes that have been committed in the name of “the State” and “security”. 
Instead, I found this article at work.  I was struck dumb.  Mr. Spooner lived entirely in the 19^th century and had a better grasp of the direction our government was headed then than most Americans do today.  His references are to the Civil War, which heralded the end of true liberty as well as States rights.
Read the following and apply it to your own knowledge of events and trends happening on the news and the net every day.

STATISM IS SLAVERY

            The question of treason is distinct from that of slavery, and is the same that it would have been, if free States, instead of slave States, had seceded.
            On the part of the North, the war was carried on, not to liberate salves, but by a government that had always perverted and violated the Constitution, to keep the slaves in bondage, and was still willing to do so, if the slaveholders could be thereby induced to stay in the Union.
            The principle, on which the war was waged by the North, was simply this: That men may rightfully be compelled to submit, and support, a government that they do not want, and that resistance, on their part, makes them traitors and criminals.
            No principle; that is possible to be named, can be more self-evidently false that this, or more self-evidently fatal to all political freedom.  Yet it triumphed in the field, and is now assumed to be established.  If it really be established, the number of slaves, instead of having been diminished by the has been greatly increased; for a man, thus subjected to a government that he does not want, is a slave.  And there is no difference, in principle— but only in degree— between political and chattel slavery.  The former, no less than the latter, denies a man’s ownership of himself and the products of his labor, and asserts that other men may own him, and dispose of him and his property, for their uses, and at their pleasure.
            Previous to the war, there were some grounds for saying that – in theory, at least, if not in practice – our government was a free one; that it rested on consent.  But nothing of that kind can be said now, if the principle on which the war was carried on by the North, is irrevocably established.
 
            If that principle be not the principle of the Constitution, the fact should be known.  If it be the principle of the Constitution, the Constitution itself should be at once overthrown.
            Notwithstanding all the proclamations we have made to mankind, within the last ninety years, that our government rests on consent, and that that was the rightful basis on which any government could rest, the late war has practically demonstrated that our government rests upon force – as much so as any government that ever existed.
            The North has thus virtually said to the world: It was all very well to prate of consent, so long as the objects to be accomplished were to liberate ourselves from our connection with England and also to coax a scattered and jealous people into a great national union; but now that those purposes have been accomplished, and the power of the North has become consolidated, it is sufficient for us – as for all governments – simply to say; Our power is our right.
            In proportion to her wealth and population, the North has probably expended more money and blood to maintain her power over an unwilling people, than any other government ever did.  And in her estimation, it is apparently the chief glory of her success, and an adequate compensation for all her own losses, and an ample justification for all her devastation and carnage of the South that all pretence of any necessity for consent to the perpetuity or power of government, is (as she thinks) forever expunged from the minds of the people.  In short, the North exults beyond measure in the proof she has given, that a government, professedly resting on consent, will expend more life and treasure in crushing dissent, that any government, openly founded on force, has ever done.
            And she claims that she has done all this in behalf of liberty

!  In behalf of free government!  In behalf of the principle that government should rest on consent.
            If the successors of Roger Williams, within a hundred years after their State had been founded upon the principle of free religious toleration, and when the Baptists had become strong on the credit that principle, had taken to burning heretics with a fury never seen before among men; and had they finally gloried in having thus suppressed all question of the truth of the State religion; and had they further claimed to have done all in behalf of freedom of conscience, the inconsistency between profession and conduct would scarcely have been greater than that of the North, in carrying on such a war as she has done, to compel men to live under and support a government that they did not want, and in then claiming that she did it in behalf of the principle that government should rest on consent.
            The astonishing absurdity and self-contradiction are to be accounted for only by supposing either that the lusts of fame, and power, and money, have made her utterly blind to, or utterly reckless of, the inconsistency and enormity of her conduct, or that she has never even understood what was implied in a government’s resting on consent.  Perhaps this last explanation is the true one.  In charity to human nature, it is to be hoped that it is. 
Lysander Spooner

Lysander Spooner (January 19, 1808 – May 14, 1887) was an American individualist anarchist, political philosopher, Deist, Unitarian abolitionist, supporter of the labor movement, legal theorist, and entrepreneur of the nineteenth century. He is also known for competing with the U.S. Post Office with his American Letter Mail Company, which was forced out of business by the United States government.

Spooner was born on a farm in Athol, Massachusetts, on January 19, 1808, and died "at one o'clock in the afternoon of Saturday, May 14, 1887, in his little room at 109 Myrtle Street, Boston, surrounded by trunks and chests bursting with the books, manuscripts, and pamphlets which he had gathered in his active pamphleteer's warfare over half a century long".^[1]
Spooner advocated what he called Natural Law – or the "Science of Justice" – wherein acts of initiatory coercion against individuals and their property were considered "illegal" but the so-called criminal acts that violated only man-made legislation were not.

Islam. Religious? Or political?

It turns out that Islam is NOT so much a religion as a political entity with “paradise” as the reward for compliance and fealty. 

Shariah law is self-explanatory.  Complete dominance over certain individuals or groups by other individuals or groups.  Stated right in there is the complete part.  Judge, jury and executioner as decided by those individuals or groups. 

REGARDLESS of locale, custom, usage and or statutory jurisdiction. 

However this came about, the result is that a rogue political group has infiltrated this country with the aim of subverting our culture, institutions and way of life to their own perverted and even more violent culture.

Now, having infiltrated our government at the highest levels, they are making their move.  Starting at the lower levels, county, state and municipal, they are actually getting courts to approve their actions by recognizing Shariah Law as some sort of religious freedom that is sacrosanct under the Constitution.  

Much the same way L. Ron Hubbard got a Multi-million dollar sales corporation designated a legal religion to avoid taxes and legal oversight. 

They are scams, we all know they are scams, but they are now legal. 

Unfortunately, many people do not know Islam is a scam.  They believe that just because it is old, it must be a religion.  In that sense, it is, as is the single most wealthy corporate entity in the world.  The Catholic Church. 

But, Islam has ALWAYS been a political entity.  Dedicated to conquering the world, and has almost succeeded many times.  But it has failed in the end because of the way it works. 

Islam cannot tolerate the different, the exceptional.  It is a rigid caste system that must be adhered to lest the upper castes be displaced by those more capable.

And this intolerance shows in the bloodiest most violent practices.  Terrorism of their own to rival the Auto Da Fey and the Inquisition (although the Inquisition may have borrowed some of their ideas).

That is the ONE goal of Islam.  The absolute supremacy of Islam and Shariah over the entire world.  No matter the cost to the world, including their own children.

Every, each and every, all, no exceptions, practicing Muslim has this as his or her goal.  Their motivation in life.  It is part and parcel with the indoctrination, training,  “prayers” (actually a furthering of the indoctrination) and daily life.

Moderate muslims are not.  They are the public face of these new Nazis.  They misquote and mislabel their “mein kampf” or quran by using lines from early in the book to mislead questioners.  While that book itself states that the later passages take precedence of the earlier.  Meaning the more violent sentiments are the more valid ones to take from reading the book.

I think:

• Our government elites need to be taken down a peg. 
• We should reduce their exorbitant salaries, provided at taxpayer expense.
• We should remove their elitist health care, provided at taxpayer expense.
• We should redirect those exorbitant salaries to military salaries, especially those in harm's way.
• We should redirect those elitist health care plans to the wounded veterans currently being given short shrift by said government. 
• We should sever the continuing corruption cycle of the corporate-government revolving door policy.  Pick one or the other, not both.
• We should prosecute law breakers and wrongdoers, regardless of current position or government title.
• We should dismantle the Democratic Socialist Regime we currently have and return to an actual Republic, where an individuals rights cannot be taken away by a slick lawyer and or a well run ad campaign, even after some disaster that is not related to that person occurs and scares some people.
• We should redefine "eminent domain" as a concept requiring a "burden of proof" on the petitioner rather than the current owner. 
• We should DISCONTINUE all foreign aid, except possibly disaster relief, until and unless unemployment drops to a minimal level.  
• We should discontinue the practice of using our military to police the world, shore up dictatorships or overthrow democracies or functioning regimes regardless of certain sectors of the populace's feelings about said regimes. 
• We should re-examine the choke hold that unions have on labor and management in the U.S. today with a view to becoming economically competitive INSIDE our own borders again. 
• We should remind ourselves that religion has NO PLACE in government.  The Founding Fathers, nominal Christians mostly, agreed that the separation of church and state was essential.  Religious opinions are and should be kept as personal matters, rather than statutory issues. 
• We should regain the concept that there are many places and issues that government really has NO say in, unless some person comes to some form of harm.
• We should clean up the court system, simplify, streamline, and restore responsibility to the bench.  Judges and lawyers should be responsible for THEIR actions as well as their clients.
• We should restore the concept of responsibility to police, judges, lawyers, civil servants, government employees, military personnel, individual citizens.  RESPONSIBLE for their own actions or lack of actions. 
• We should restore this responsibility to the concept of SELF-DEFENSE.  A person is ultimately responsible for his own defense and that of his family.  No one can RELY on someone else for that defense.  (Even if a person HIRES some person or agency for that purpose, it is on that person.)
